By Apostle Alex Adusei Agyemang Jeremiah 44:19KJV The women added, “When we burned incense to the Queen of Heaven and poured out drink offerings to her, did not our husbands know that we were making cakes impressed with her image and pouring out drink offerings to her?” There are certain denominations in Christendom that burn incense to personalities in heaven. This is very wrong and idolatrous. As a Christian, you should not only be told what to believe but there must be a proving of what you believe. The burning of incense to a woman called queen of the Heaven has been there throughout history. It was there before even Jesus came. It is paganism and has found itself into the church. The denominations engaged in it should not be hated but corrected. Many do it without a proper understanding. Be careful of the subtlety of satan, he can hide behind names. The fact that something is done in the name of Jesus doesn’t mean it is a worship of Jesus. satan can use the name of Jesus or any other personality for you to engage in idolatry. Paul said, “For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit which ye have not received, or another gospel which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him…..2 Corinthians 11:4KJV” Someone can preach a wrong doctrine in the name “Jesus”. They can also with the name “Holy Spirit”. It is not just about the name mentioned, you have to ask if what I have been made to believe or do is consistent with what the early Apostles did and taught. Do you find Paul, Peter, John and the early disciples burning incense to any woman in the heavens? God is against that because it is paganism. The Israelites also had this same problem, they burned incense to one they called the queen of the heaven but God was angry. He sent the Prophet Jeremiah to rebuke them harshly. They had allowed paganism to mingle with their worship of God. It is not Christianity. It is wrong God bless you!
