By Apostle Alex Adusei Agyemang 2 Corinthians 4:13 KJV We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak; When God said something if you truly believed, your language had to change. As long as your communication and language has not changed to reflect what God said, it means you have not truly believed. This is because faith is a language, it is a language given to Christians to speak. There are Christians who think they believe the Word of God when really they don’t. They have not been taught to understand faith. Till what God says changes your daily communication in life, you have not truly believed. Why do you talk the way you do, it is because you have believed and endorsed those things, you were not born with them. They were communicated to you through the senses and you have accepted them to be truth. Were you born with the knowledge of who your father is? He could have even be in overseas but he was referred to you by mummy as your Dad and you reckoned it to be true. Did you ask for a paternity test? It was told to you and that changed your communication forever. Anytime a conversation requires it, you are going to mention that man’s name as your daddy. Haven’t there been situations where some mothers lied to their children concerning the identity of their biological father? Look at how words spoken by other humans changed your communication forever. You have been reading and studying the Bible for years, this Bible is replete with many things that God has spoken concerning you, the Christian. You claim to believe in God. You say His Words are true and He cannot lie but have those things changed your daily communication? How do you pretend to believe God when you really don’t? Faith speaks and till your language reflects what God said, you have not believed. For if you believed what He said, why didn’t your language change? For instance when you ask Christians, who said “They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover…….Mark 16:18 KJV” ? They will answer, Jesus. Then you ask, is Jesus truthful? Did He always tell the truth? or He sometimes lied? What then has been your communication in this pandemic or any ailment? Did that communication reflect what Jesus said or it reflected fear? This is why many Christians died from the pandemic. It is not crying to God to do something that will change things. It is being sincere with yourself and God’s Word. There are Christians who will be very angry to hear unbelievers call God as untruthful. The problem is that these folks don’t realize that they themselves have been branding God with that tag all their lives. If God is truthful, why hasn’t your communication changed to reflect what He said? Its either the Christian takes what God says as serious or he is just pretending. He says, “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him…..Hebrews 11:6KJV God bless you!
