James 1:6-7KJV

But let him ask in faith, never wavering; for he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea, driven and tossed by the wind. For let not that man think that he shall receive anything of the Lord.

 

When it comes to faith, doubt is unacceptable. Doubt is a judicial word, it means to pass a judgement. It is to conclude on grounds contrary to the Word of God.

Doubting the Word of God is a sin, it is as serious as adultery. Many times Christians don’t see it that way but this is how serious it is. After God has given His Word concerning anything, to doubt is to brand God a liar. You are saying that God lied, He didn’t speak the truth. When He said that things will turn out that way, He lied. He said He will do something that God knew He couldn’t and won’t do.

The Bible asks,

“God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?……Numbers 23:19KJV”

Actions speak louder than Words, you don’t have to say that God is a liar

The doubt and fear speaks for themselves. If God is not a liar, why are you afraid?

If Jesus meant what He said, why are you fearful?

Why did you fear Covid-19 after Jesus has said that “no deadly thing will harm you”?

If Jesus is not a liar and is truthful, why did you fear?

“I felt the pain, the doctor said I was going to die”. So that justifies Jesus being a liar.

Abraham also had the doctor’s report which branded his wife barren and in menopause. Not only that, the doctor’s report also branded him as impotent.

When it comes to faith, doubt is not allowed. Doubt is a sin

James says,

Never doubt God or His Word. Doubt rather your doubts for they are unreasonable but never doubt God. For,

“God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?……Numbers 23:19KJV”
