By Apostle Alex Adusei Agyemang Ecclesiastes 12:6-7KJV Or ever the silver cord be loosed, or the golden bowl be broken, or the pitcher be broken at the fountain, or the wheel broken at the cistern.Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it. A man cannot and will never die as long as the silver cord is not broken. What then is the silver cord? The silver cord is that spiritual cord which connects a man’s spirit to his body. Man is a spirit; he has a soul but lives in a body. James says “For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also…..James 2:26KJV” It is your spirit that gives life to the body. When the spirit comes out of the body, the body with all its organs, blood tissue and systems will die. Men don’t die necessary because of sickness. They die because the silver cord was broken. The question is, did that sickness break the silver cord? You can be the healthiest and strongest of all men but if that silver cord is broken, you will die. When a very strong man, full of vitality goes to bed but never wakes up, it means his silver cord broke that night. This is why the God I serve, my Father, the King of kings is unfathomable. No words to describe His mercy, goodness, kindness and patience. Consider all these proud folks who say all kinds of nasty things against Jesus, they go to bed and still wake up. All God had to do was to break the silver cord but he didn’t. Man, humble yourself to the God who created you. As a Child of God, there are mysteries and wisdom, which God sends us to bring to his Children. The world doesn’t know it, not even Harvard can teach you that. It takes only the Holy Ghost When you have a loved one on a sick bed and nigh to death, in the Name of Jesus you can take charge over the silver cord for His Name has power over everything including the silver cord. In these days when there will be pandemics and epidemics, which will render the world’s medical system useless, you need to take charge of the silver cord. Understand that people don’t die just because of sickness. The question is did the ailment break the silver cord? God bless you!
