Colossians 1: 16-17KJV

For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

 

God doesn’t confirm churches, He doesn’t confirm men. He only confirms His Word. When you see men and churches as been confirmed, it’s just because they are holding on and upholding God’s Word.

There are some Christians and leaders who think its about them, they think God only dwells in their home. They think they are more important to God than other Christians.

God is no respecter of persons. He doesn’t care about you more than He does the other Christian. Its never about you but about Christ.

This is why different Christians have different experiences. They have made it about them rather than about Christ.

When you look down on other Christians, you are making it about you rather than about Christ. When you think you can do things in the Church anyhow and the way you want, you are making it about you. It’s not about you but about Christ. It’s about God’s  Word.

All that the history of this world and the plan of salvation has been is God glorifying His Word. He glorifies the spoken Word, the written Word and the living Word.

Therefore you and your life will be confirmed and glorified to the degree to which you live in the Word. It’s not about you, it’s about the Word.

When even great friends of God like David became proud and thought it was about them because of their elevation, God had to show them that it was and is never about them. It’s about His Word. This is why one day, all the great men who ever lived will serve Jesus. It was never about them but the Word.

Paul says “all things were made by Him and are for Him”. This is why you have to live life the way He wants you to. Don’t make life about you. Its never about you, Its about the Word.

John says,

“And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God……..Revelations 19:11-13KJV”
