By Apostle Alex Adusei Agyemang Romans 5:5CSB This hope will not disappoint us, because God’s love has been poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us God’s love is a liquid love, a love that fills. It’s a love that you become drowned and swallowed by. A love that puts out flames, it drenches and quenches. Such is the love of God, a divine love. This is what you received when you became a Christian. As a Christian, you have been made to share in this perfect love, a love that consumes. This love has no bounds, the very nature of God. The Bible says, “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son…..John 3:16 NIV” This is a love that propels and compels. It prevents you from doing nothing when you know that something can be done about the situation. No matter the cost, you will do something when it is within your means. This is the very nature of God, what led Him to give His most treasured asset,the then only begotten son. Oh! you cannot be a dam but a river when you have this love, it’s a love that flows. This love ought to flow towards others. So James said, “My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue, but in deed and in truth……1 John 3:18KJV” This is true love, a sincere love without pretence. A love in deed. We have been born of that love, for God is love. We are offspring of this divine love. The christian becomes an extension of this love to his world. As you go about doing your work, let the world see this love in your eyes. God bless you!
