Devotion (The trumpeter):
the dimension of faith

Luke 8:25KJV
“Where is your faith?” he asked his disciples. In fear and amazement they asked one another, “Who is this? He commands even the winds and the water, and they obey him.”

The Master asked the disciples, where is your faith? Faith is not something you are trying to make happen. Actually, the dimension that men are acquainted with came to meet faith. There are many dimensions in God’s universe, these are real existent dimensions of life. The dimensions that make sense to men i.e. the three dimensions of the physical world are the lesser dimensions in God’s universe but there are higher dimensions. When you say that it is a dimension, it means it can be measured and quantified. This is why man is able to quantify things which exist in the particle and three dimensional world. Also, the Christian should understand that a lower dimension is subject to the dimension above it. When you have a problem in a certain dimension, you can solve it from a higher dimension. When men say that there is no solution or cure, it doesn’t mean there isnt.

What it means is that they are not able to solve that problem from the dimension they are acquainted with. In that case, you will need contact with a higher dimension to solve the problem. When Jesus asked, where is your faith? This is what He meant. The disciples needed a higher dimension to rectify the problem in their third dimensional world. When there is a problem, it is not a matter of desperation or crying. The question is, where is your faith? You need the instrumentality of faith. Faith is a dimension and can be quantified. Faith is not an emotion or feeling. It is a true spiritual substance, you have less or more. God gave every

Christian a measure of it, a definate measure of that seed of faith. What you do with it is up to you? Some grow it, others don’t. You have to feed that faith. You will need it in a time of crisis. When it comes to the crisis of life, there are Christians who think that it is up to God? To them, if it is God’s will they will overcome. It is not like that. It is rather up to you. God is rather looking at you, what are you going to do with that faith He gave you. Where is your faith?
There are many languishing under the bridge, you think God doesn’t care about them. The problem you are in, there are other Christians in a far worse predicament and it has not changed for years. You have to do something with that faith He gave you. No one can grow it for you. It’s your responsibilility.

The Master said,
“I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?….. Luke 18:8KJV”

You need the instrumentality of faith or you will be crushed by the storms of life.

There are problems that men can control from the 3rd dimension, even sometimes from the 2nd and 1st dimensional world but others get beyond them. You will need your faith in such cases.
Paul wrote to the Christians at Corinth and said, “…………………….though I have all faith so that I could remove mountains…………1 Corinthians 13:2KJV”

Faith is the problem remover, not love, knowledge or hope. All these have to translate to faith if that problem is going to go away. You need the hammer of faith. Child of God, understand this. God forgives but faith doesn’t forgive.

Love forgives but faith doesn’t forgive.
