By Apostle Alex Adusei Agyemang Proverbs 24:17-18KJV Rejoice not when thine enemy falleth, and let not thine heart be glad when he stumbleth: Lest the Lord see it, and it displease him, and he turn away his wrath from him He says, “My son, eat thou honey, because it is good; and the honeycomb, which is sweet to thy taste: So shall the knowledge of wisdom be unto thy soul: when thou hast found it, then there shall be a reward, and thy expectation shall not be cut off……..Proverbs 24:13-14KJV” This is what wisdom will do for the Christian, his expectation shall not be cut off. What he hopes for will surely come to pass but it is conditioned on walking by the knowledge of God’s Word and instruction. There are Christians who want their expectation to come through yet will not follow the instruction of wisdom. They do things their own way but expect God’s results. It doesn’t work that way, even their prayer is borne out of the flesh. Your prayer can even be a work of the flesh when you don’t understand the wisdom of God’s Word. This means there are prayers which are evil and sinful. The fact that you prayed and mentioned the name of Jesus doesn’t mean it was spiritual. Were the fruits of the spirit the basis of that prayer? You find many Pastors and Christians praying for the destruction of their enemies of the flesh. They are happy when evil happens to that neighbour, mother in law, supervisor, uncle or aunt who hates them, they even pray for such things. They buy what they term as anointing oil from Pastors and pray for evil and destruction to pursue an aunt who hates them and is doing everything for their destruction. Such Christians have been led astray by those Pastors. They never ask, what does God think? He says, “Rejoice not when thine enemy falleth, and let not thine heart be glad when he stumbleth:Lest the Lord see it, and it displease him, and he turn away his wrath from him……” The prayers calling for the destruction of those enemies of the flesh is what even saves them. He says, “ Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men….Romans 12:17KJV” He says “no man”, that evil aunt or uncle is not excluded. The problem is that those Bishops and Pastors still don’t understand the difference between the old testament and New testament so are still doing things the old testament way. Jesus says, “ Ye have heard that it hath been said, An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth:…. Ye have heard that it hath been said; Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you………..Matthew 5:38,43-44KJV” The Master didn’t say, I don’t know what was told to you in the Old Testament. I know that it was told you, “Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live….Exodus 22:18KJV” but I am telling you, “Bless the witch who is cursing you”. Those Christians and their Bishops are still hanging on to what Moses said and will not do what Jesus is saying yet they expect a change in that situation they are praying about. You are to attack demons and evil spirits but not the human or witch being influenced. These humans have been blinded by satan. Do you think that satan loves that witch or wizard he is using? No! they have been blinded by lust of the flesh, he hates them the same way that he hates you. This is why the Christian has been sent to save them. Love your enemies, bless them that curse you! Rebuke their curses but bless them. This is how you win. God bless you!
